These rear axle sliders protect the lower part of your swingarm, brake calipers and rotor during a slide and are specially made for the Suzuki DRZ400 SM Super Motard 2004+. Unlike other manufacturers that rely on standard internal diameters and an interference fit for many different bikes, MV Fork Sliders for the DRZSM utilize a through the axle stainless steel threaded rod that the slider pucks are secured to with nyloc fasteners - the most secure way to mount sliders. The fit and finish is specific to the bike that they are made for. Pucks are made from our own UV inhibited nylon formulation that is more resistant to abrasion and will not fade or become brittle over time.

*** Important***  This part currently will not fit US/Canada spec bikes that use a cotter pin and castle nut IF the use of the cotter pin is necessary. Installing of these sliders will require removal of the cotter pin. If your bike utilizes an original Suzuki lock nut, this will fit just fine. If not you will need to order the locknut that comes with all stock non-US spec DRZ bikes. These locknuts allow precise adjustment of torque on your axle and eliminating the need of the cotter pin.
